1. Are my payments secure?

Yes, all of our transactions are encrypted using industry standard equipment to ensure that only we see your private information.

2. How long until I receive my order?

This depends on if the item is in stock, or if we have to make it. You should recieve an instock item within 5 to 7 working days after you order it under normal conditions. If there is a rush let us know and we can try to get it out to you sooner. If the item is not in stock it will depend on the item and work load. We are Artisians and we make our own items so contact us to find out how long it will take. Most nonspecial order items are kept in stock so back orders are rare. You will be notified if the item is not in stock and how long until we finish making more of them before we accept your order.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Discover, and MasterCard), Pya Pal as well as Personal Checks and Money Orders. Checks and Money Orders may take longer depending on the postal service.

4. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

Only certain states must pay sales tax, you will be notified if taxes apply to your order before completing the checkout.

5. Where do you get your "stuff" that you sell.

We make it ourselves one item at a time. We are artisians not a factory, every thing is done by the artist and not farmed out to anyone else.

6. Where do you get your designs?

Many of the designs are my version of old toys or other items. Some are traditional and haven't changed in style in melinia, others are ones I have heard about and come up with my own version. Some are ALL mine and those I am really proud of.

7. Do you copy other artisians work?

No. Nor do I expect other artisians to copy my work.

8. Do you make specialty one of a kind items?

Yes. I can make a special item for you in either one of a kind or in large numbers. Take a look at the Custom Orders section.

9. Can I copy your work?

All of my work is copyrighted and you can not copy it to sell. If you wish to make one of my items for you own use please contact me and I will help you with details of how to make the item.

10. Is there a warrenty on your items?

Yes. If there is a problem we will fix it in a reasonable manor. If a push rattle comes apart I will replace it, If you run over it with an 18 wheeler, your on your own. The same Idea goes for the rest of our items, we will try to be as accomadating as we can with in good business practice and honor.

11. What are your normal business hours?

Since we are not a "brick and morter'"business we don't have "normal busines hours". You can reach us at this site almost anytime or go to our Calander page and see when we are doing a craft show, and come on out to see us.
